There will be a time when you feel nothing is working out. You work your ass off to make your boss happy or give more time to your relationship to work out better but in the end, everything is in vain.

Because nothing is working out.

Your boss seems to be more frustrated, and the relationship starts falling off even more rapidly.

Why every time it always turns out to be you! Only you! You try better to keep everything straightforward. But in the end, got f**ked!!

Did you ever give it a thought?

Sometimes you’re not the toxic one, the thing you’re trying to fix may not be your fault at all. It’s beyond you, you’re not the one who should think of a solution.

What if the other one didn’t understand your value! What if it's all their mistakes to not recognize who you truly are!

It’s better to question yourself but sometimes you gotta question others.

One of my friends a few days ago told me that his relationship isn’t working out.

I asked him what happened?

He told me he's trying everything to make his girlfriend happy. But she didn’t seem to be happy at all. Moreover, she avoids his calls and messages. He tried to speak to her person to person but she wasn’t constant moreover give a few excuses and ran home.
I suggested he stop trying, you have had enough. It's not your fault that she's not happy. You have done your part. She's not being helpful to make the relationship better.

Sometimes you need to relax and see what others' reactions are.

Let her realize the true value of you. See if she backs and understands what's been missing out. If she holds any respect for the relationship and loves you, she'll eventually realize and back. Just give it time and relax.

It’s ok to sit back for a while and watch all around you.
